Antje Boijens *: "Change is my business."

boijens culture and management is given form through the person of Antje Boijens. Her path through life has shown that future opportunities for change and openness go hand in hand.

Antje Boijens studied Political Science and Russian and completed teacher training with a clerkship. Instead of pursuing the school teaching profession she graduated in art as a second subject. As a result she developed her international activities as an industrial designer in Italy, as a culture manager in Germany and Russia, as well as holding a four-year management and leadership position in a project of the Federal Institute for Vocational Training (Berlin). Her particular ability to be open and flexible to people and new demands lead to professional independence, focusing on human resources and organizational development.

Since 1996 boijens culture and management has supported and accompanied change management processes for individuals and organizations in commerce, arts and culture.
